Farms raises
a variety of Peaches, Apples,
Cherries, Apricots and Pears.
Our fruit is tree ripened, allowing the fruit to naturally ripen
and gain optimum flavor while still on the tree. It is also hand
picked and hand packed to ensure maximum flavor and appearance.
Peaches: are
available starting at the end of July through the first week of September.
They are packed in 18lb. and 10lb. boxes, thus providing
several sizes to meet different consumer needs. To care for your
premium peaches when you get them home place the peaches that are
ripe and the ones you want to ripen right away on the counter out
of direct sunlight. It may take 1 or 2 days to become soft to the
touch. The peaches you are not ready to eat refrigerate and pull
them out when you are ready for them to ripen.
Cherries:
Bings and Rainers are
available from mid June through the beginning of July they are packed
in 20lb boxes.
Apricots: are
packed in an 18lb box and are usually available the first 3 week
of July.
Apples: are
available from the beginning of September through the beginning of
October. We offer Jonathans, Red Delicious, Gold Delicious, and Granny
Smith Apples
in a 20lb. box.
Barlett
Pears:
both red and yellow are available from mid August through
mid September and are packed in a 25lb. box.
